LILONGWE-Multichoice Malawi hosted a welcome home party for evicted Big Brother Stargame participant Alinafe Kulemeka a.k.a Nafe on Saturday.
Nafe, 22, had partnered with cousin Watipaso Kulemeka who is still in the the $300, 000 contest being held in South Africa. Unlike other Big Brother shows, this year contestants entered in pairs.
Nafe, a rather coy character, couldn’t hide his happiness at the party.
"I‘m so excited to get such overwhelming response. My stay in the house was fun and I didn’t have to act or do anything that wasn‘t me. What you saw is the real Nafe, no pretending," he said. "I made new friends, learned different cultures and enjoyed myself."
Multi-Choice’s Tatiana Katenga-Kaunda told MaraPost Lifestyle the party was in recognition of Nafe’s contribution in the BBA House where contestants are holed up for 91 days without interacting with the outside world.
"Nafe is a celebrity and deserves this honour. He was great and we are proud of him," Tatiana said.
Who does Nafe think will win the contest? Wati, of course.
