
BLANTYRE—Pres Joyce Banda appointed Malawi’s new envoys Thursday.
Charles Msosa is the new ambassador to the United Nations. Stella Ndau will head the embassy in South Africa while Ernest Makawa heads to Beijing,
Msosa was Director of Administration in the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC).
There was no background given on Ndau and Makawa when the announcement was made by Secretary to the President Bright Msaka.
The appointments are with effect August 16.
