Malawi football legends grace Anglican Voices Ndimamvetsera Kumwamba Launch

LILONGWE-(MaraviPost)-The Malawi Football Legends on Sunday, May 26, 2024, stormed the magnificent Bingu International Convention Centre to grace the launch of “Ndimamvetsera Kumwamba” by Ndilande Anglican Voices.

The President of the J.K Production Board, Jim Kalua, the organization that looks after the welfare of the legends says attending the event was pivotal for the legends, “This is very important to be part of this event, you know for these legends to reach thus far, it has been only God hence whatever we do we believe in Him”

“As legends, we will be attending such events to support our colleagues. This is also one way of sending the message that the legends who had put the Malawian flag on the map still exist and need corporate world support”, Kalua said.

The former Flames coach Kinnah Phiri described the event as colorful and hence hailed organizers and also the J.K Productions together with Legends Association for making it possible for them to attend.

” This is a very big thing to us because it’s a spiritual thing, and we feel that we have an obligation as legends to attend such. We are motivated and encouraged. Let me take this opportunity to urge all youths in the country with different careers to put on the number so that they succeed”, Eluded Phiri.

Another legend Peterkins Kayira hailed the organisers and J.K. production saying the event is in line with their organization policy which is encouraging each other spiritually.

“You know we are being assisted left, right, and center and why can it be possible for us to fail to assist others. We are Holly touched here with the gospel music being performed. As legends we have gone through a lot to be at this stage and without God, others could not be here by now”, added Kayira.

Ndilande Anglican Voices choir leader, Dennis Kilambe hailed the legends for their support.

The occasion was also graced by the former President of Malawi, Joyce Banda, and his husband Retired Chief Justice Richard Banda, Kondwani Nankhumwa, Deputy Reserve Bank governor Dr. Mafuta Mwale who both bought the launched Album at K1 million each.
